Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and following product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Work as a team to achieve goals, stock items, execute promotional plans, maintain visible accurate signage, and keep areas clean and organized
Act with member in mind, escalate concerns as appropriate, and uphold GOLD club standards daily
