Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and/or other equipment, following product handling information and bakery production charts for production and display needs
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking all items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized inside and out
