  • Skills in issuing badges by greeting visitors, assessing needs, communicating processes, verifying ID, informing on procedures, protecting information per compliance policies, and ensuring appropriate access
  • Proficiency in monitoring badge use through generating activity/inactivity reports and recommending changes
  • Competence in completing work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborating with stakeholders; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and adapting to change
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, including Open Door Policy

Responsibilities

  • Manage and verify badge credentialing for associates and non-associates, including handling inquiries, eligibility checks, form verification, status updates, explanations of issues, and process improvement recommendations
  • Support and implement emergency processes by identifying and communicating emergencies, escalating/assisting, prioritizing actions, and aiding corporate security in evacuations
  • Issue badges to associates and non-associates by greeting entrants, assessing needs, reviewing forms, verifying ID, issuing badges, informing on procedures and access, and securing information per policies
  • Monitor badge usage by generating activity/inactivity reports for business partners and recommending inactivations or clearance changes
  • Complete work assignments and priorities through policy adherence, collaboration, priority setting, task execution, progress communication, and adaptation to feedback/change
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by implementing action plans and applying them in business processes
  • Demonstrate respect for individuals by driving positive experiences, embracing diversity, supporting belonging, and enabling associates to thrive
  • Demonstrate team engagement by providing feedback/coaching/mentoring, recognizing accomplishments, building relationships, collaborating, communicating impactfully, and showing positivity
