  • Capability to support emergency situations by identifying, communicating, escalating, prioritizing actions, and assisting in evacuations
  • Skills in issuing badges by greeting individuals, assessing needs, communicating processes, verifying identification, informing on procedures, protecting information privacy per policies, and ensuring appropriate access
  • Proficiency in monitoring badge use by generating activity/inactivity reports and recommending changes
  • Competence in completing work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborating with stakeholders; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and adapting to change
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, including Open Door Policy
  • Demonstrated respect for individuals through positive experiences, embracing differences, fostering belonging, and contributing to inclusive environments

  • Manage and verify badge credentialing for associates and non-associates
  • Support and implement emergency situation processes, including identification, communication, escalation, prioritization, and evacuation assistance
  • Issue badges to associates and non-associates, including greeting, needs assessment, form review, ID verification, procedure explanation, privacy protection, and access ensuring
  • Monitor badge use by generating reports and recommending inactivations or changes
  • Complete work assignments and priorities through policy use, collaboration, task execution, progress communication, and adaptation to improvements
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
  • Demonstrate respect for individuals by driving positive experiences, embracing diversity, and fostering belonging
  • Show team engagement by developing others and recognizing accomplishments
  • Build relationships, collaborate, communicate impactfully, and maintain positivity
