Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working on large-scale JavaScript/TypeScript applications, along with strong fundamentals in test infrastructure and software design. They should also have experience working with scalable test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines, and hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
The Backend Software Engineer, Test Infrastructure will work with a small group of engineers to design and manage processes and systems that improve Postman’s reliability, conceptualize and build internal tooling and frameworks that impact product quality and simplify developers’ lives, contribute to performance measurement capabilities within test frameworks, and drive innovation and continuous improvement by actively seeking new ideas, technologies, best practices, and methodologies to enhance the platform and processes.
