Requirements

Must have:
Strong experience in prompt engineering best practices across models
Familiarity with engineering production AI systems using client/server architectures and relational databases
Ability to build reliable, scalable services that connect AI models with user-facing products
Comfort balancing rapid experimentation with engineering rigor in production systems
Nice to have:
Experience building AI agent applications and ability to adapt quickly to proprietary models
Knowledge of modern AI techniques and their pitfalls (e.g. RAG, prompt caching, context truncation, jailbreaking, CoT, etc)
Exposure to observability, evaluation, or safety systems for AI applications
Background in full-stack or frontend work to accelerate product development
