At least 6 months BPO experience
Experience in healthcare/finance is a PLUS!
Must be detail oriented
Proficient in using MS Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
Amenable working night shifts

Responsibilities

Receive and process daily bank deposit lists provided by the onshore team
Accurately post cash receipts, electronic payments, and paper checks into the accounting or billing system
Reconcile payment postings with remittance advices and bank deposits
Identify and investigate discrepancies when payments and records do not match, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain detailed records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes
Handle different posting workflows for electronic and paper check payments, adhering to standard turnaround times
Communicate with the onshore team regarding unresolved posting issues or missing information
Assist with month-end close and cash reconciliation activities as required
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
