Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical and functional expert: perform analysis, design, and implementation of new functionalities and initiatives, maintaining an updated view on trends, regulations, and best practices in the sector
  • Ensure regulatory, normative compliance, and best practices: guarantee that developments and technological solutions comply with regulatory frameworks and internal policies on architecture, security, risk management, data, and quality (testing)
  • Manage technological sustainability: ensure the maintenance and evolution of the area's technological capabilities, actively managing technical debt and promoting long-term sustainable solutions
  • Drive value delivery: foster an environment that favors continuous delivery of technological value, as well as its correct measurement, monitoring, and reporting at the organizational level
  • Manage technical capabilities: coordinate the availability and allocation of technical capabilities according to the delivery strategy established by the different technology Chapters
  • Integral project management: prepare detailed work plans, control end-to-end project execution, and ensure compliance with milestones and technical and functional deliverables
  • Risk management and conflict resolution: identify, document, and manage risks and conflicts
