DXC Spain is seeking a Senior Engineer Azure Virtual Desktop to join our Virtual Desktops and Applications team.

Requirements

• Education: Computer Engineering or similar.
• Required Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Azure Virtual Desktop Speciality (AZ-140)
• Additional Certifications (Preferred):
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Citrix-related certifications
• Experience:
  • Proven practical experience leading or executing AVD deployments in demanding production environments.
  • Ability to design and implement complete AVD solutions, from scratch or as part of migration projects.
• Language: Intermediate English for handling technical documentation and client communication.
• Skills: Adaptability and a project-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement complete solutions in Azure Virtual Desktop, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.
• Participate in migration projects from other platforms to AVD.
• Actively collaborate with the solutions and presales team to address technical needs, design proposals, and provide expertise in client meetings.
• Maintain and support existing implemented environments, including complex incident resolution and participation in 24x7 on-call rotations.
