Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, along with a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification and an Azure Virtual Desktop Speciality (AZ-140) certification. Additional certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or Citrix-related certifications are preferred. Applicants should have practical experience leading or executing deployments of AVD in demanding production environments, demonstrating the ability to design and implement complete AVD solutions from scratch or as part of migration projects. A mid-level English proficiency is required for handling technical documentation and communicating with clients, alongside adaptability and a project-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

The Senior Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer will be responsible for implementing complete AVD solutions, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimization. They will participate in migration projects from other platforms to AVD, collaborate with the solutions and pre-sales team to address technical needs, design proposals, and provide expertise in client meetings, and maintain and support existing deployments, including resolving complex incidents and participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.
