Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or any technical / engineering field
4-6 years of experience in similar functions and responsibilities in AW300 technology
Specific training on renewable energies (Nice to have)
Technical knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of wind turbines and power plants

Responsibilities

Definition and continuous adaptation of maintenance plans for the AW3000 Technology
Monitoring the reliability, efficiency, and prevention of risks for individuals and the safety of the surrounding area
Drafting of technical maintenance instructions
Collaboration with the TO in the deployments of new production plants
Definition/update of technology cost models
Technology risk management: risk identification and definition of preventive, corrective, and follow-up measures
Definition of retrofits to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assets
Detection and development of Opex opportunities for improvement in the Technology
Documentary management and updating of maintenance, configuration, and condition of assets
"Second level" technical support for production zones and regional engineering areas
Coordination with Technologists
Definition of training plans for technical maintenance personnel
Root-cause analysis of incidents related to the technologies
Control of technical problems in the production plants using corporate tools
Analysis of alarms and definition of action plans for improving availability
Support to Supply Chain and Quality for the definition of spare parts and suppliers
Management of interchangeable parts
Technical support for the management of stocks
Management of the materials master for all the assets (in the case of NAW Technology)
Technical Specifications for new projects and in new technology models
Attendance at Committees for Change and implementation of the measures resulting from said Committees
