Responsibilities

VBP项目执行与支持：根据区域VBP战略，协助制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果；以VBP Playbook为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化；识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议，提升中标率与效率
项目管理与跨部门协同：协助统筹区域内VBP项目，协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源；支持投标流程中的商务文件准备、审核与优化，确保符合各省要求；参与分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施
政策支持与信息传递：跟踪并解读区域医疗器械采购相关政策，及时向团队反馈关键变化；协助建立与区域政府部门（卫健委、公共资源交易中心等）的沟通机制；与总部政府事务团队保持信息同步，确保执行一致性
市场准入与经验沉淀：分析区域市场特征，协助制定市场准入策略；整理并推广成功项目经验，提升团队整体执行效率与能力
