Requirements

Première expérience de 0 à 3 ans en droit bancaire et financier et/ou en droit des assurances, acquise en cabinets d’avocats, départements juridiques d’institutions financières ou autorités de supervision (AMF, ACPR, etc.)
Titulaire du CAPA et/ou d’un 3ème cycle en droit bancaire et financier ou droit des affaires (Master II, DJCE, etc.)
Double formation appréciée (LLM, IEP, Grande École de commerce, IAE, etc.)
Rigueur, qualités d’analyse et de synthèse, adaptabilité relationnelle et dynamisme
Maîtrise impérative de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral (portefeuille clients internationaux et travail en anglais)

Responsibilities

Accompagner la création et le suivi en cours de vie d’entités régulées (agréments et modifications, structuration de schémas de rémunération/gouvernance/externalisation, rédaction de documentation juridique, relations avec régulateurs, suivi impacts réglementaires)
Accompagner entités régulées dans réorganisations et restructurations (opérations M&A internationales, gestion de projets, coordination bureaux étrangers)
Structurer et distribuer produits bancaires, financiers et d’assurance (fonds d’investissement, produits bancaires/services de paiement/investissement, problématiques de commercialisation en France et transnationale)
Assister dans procédures précontentieuses et contentieuses devant AMF, ACPR, etc
Conseiller et représenter clientèle d’établissements financiers français/internationaux (banques, gestion d’actifs, assurances, fintech) et organismes d’assurance en conseil et contentieux sur problématiques juridiques/réglementaires variées
