Autonome et rigoureux(se)

Responsibilities

Intervenir dans toutes les dimensions du droit social : contrats de travail, licenciements, réorganisation (national et international), relations avec les IRP, contentieux, droit de la sécurité sociale, audits, formation, etc
Réaliser des recherches documentaires
Rédiger des consultations
Participer aux rendez-vous clients
Participer aux réunions internes de travail sur dossier
Rédiger des conclusions et actes de procédure
Échanger avec les confrères et juridictions
Participer aux audiences
Développer la relation avec les clients et les accompagner dans leurs choix stratégiques
Participer aux formations internes sur des thématiques d'actualité
