  • Experience in managing backlog of automation opportunities and identifying new opportunities aligning with program objectives
  • Proficiency in conducting Cost Benefit Analysis to prioritize key processes for automation
  • Ability to lead monthly operational cadence, evaluate initiatives with Automation Governance Council, prioritize projects through cost benefit analysis, and transition for development
  • Expertise in identifying repetitive manual tasks, justifying automation benefits, driving efficiency improvements at micro-process level, and contributing through diverse automation methods
  • Knowledge of defining agile execution methodologies and project management practices for all projects within the program
  • Skills in gathering essential functional/business needs and collaborating with Solution Architects and developers to ensure timely completion of Automation projects
  • Ability to ensure requirements are detailed, traceable, and testable through to implementation
  • Capacity to advocate for Automation by collaborating with different departments to inform and promote benefits and efficiencies
  • Experience coordinating project teams comprising internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope, and timeline
  • Proficiency in managing day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
  • Skills in coordinating execution across multiple projects, driving shared approaches, and outcomes tracking
  • Ability to support execution teams with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies, and partner with external technical and operational teams

Responsibilities
