Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in automation solutions and a background in RPA solution development, preferably with professional certifications in RPA software packages. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with business stakeholders and translating requirements into automation solutions. Proficiency in Python development is strongly preferred, along with experience using Cloud Frameworks, particularly Azure. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, and experience in a start-up environment is preferred. A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Intelligent Automation Developer will develop and refine automation solutions using internal platforms and Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML experts, to create efficient automation solutions that integrate with existing systems. They will design and build advanced automations and reusable components for client offerings, engage directly with clients to understand their business processes, and tailor solutions to meet specific needs. Continuous learning and application of new technologies, including AI and LLM/GPT, will be expected, along with mentoring junior developers to foster growth and improvement.
