Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent professional experience in automation and DevOps engineering
  • Proven experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or systems integration roles, preferably in large-scale or hybrid-cloud environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Ansible, StackStorm, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Strong background in workflow automation and event-driven orchestration (experience with n8n, StackStorm, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/cloud-native operations
  • Experience working with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools such as BigPanda, Prometheus, or Grafana
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data center technologies, networking, and virtualization concepts
  • Proficiency in designing modular, reusable, and scalable automation components
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in complex multi-platform environments
  • Passion for continuous learning, exploring new tools and frameworks, and driving innovation through automation

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Ansible, StackStorm, Terraform, Python, and other modern orchestration tools to eliminate manual processes and drive efficiency
  • Integrate enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, monitoring platforms (e.g., BigPanda), and operational backends to deliver seamless self-service experiences across the organization
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to develop scalable and resilient automation solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
  • Document and share guidelines, reusable components, and operational runbooks to enable faster adoption and reduce technical debt
