Working in various commercial departments including purchasing, financial accounting, and commercial order processing
Gaining insights into the company structure and processes

Organizing and accompanying the apprentice team at trade fairs
Planning independent smaller events, such as the Girls' and Boys' Day
Familiarizing yourself with the production site in Essen
Visiting operational facilities at customer sites to gain a holistic understanding
