Responsibilities
Participate in an audit mission during the first 3 years for a third party
Support operations de levées de fonds (e.g., IPO readiness assessments, preparation of consolidated/combined accounts, proforma information, drafting offer documents, project management, interaction with banks, law firms, and market authorities)
Assist in acquisitions and cessions (e.g., accounting structuring, accounting due diligences, identification of accounting principle differences, preparation of ad hoc accounts like carve-outs, financial integration of targets including conversion, purchase price allocation, impairment tests, consolidation and reporting processes)
Handle regulatory changes (e.g., adoption of new IFRS, French or US GAAP standards, conversion projects for market or financing operations)
Address complex contract accounting issues and transactions between clients/suppliers/financing operations, analyzing accounting treatment under different standards (IFRS, US or French GAAP)
Support financial communication (e.g., reference documents, integrated reports, annual reports, internal production systems for newly listed groups, implementation of market regulation changes like SEC or AMF)
Contribute to internal control (e.g., diagnostics, design, and deployment)
