Requirements

  • Actively licensed in Indiana
  • Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry
  • Great empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to multi-task: organized, able to work within a team, strong leadership habits, and self-discipline to be autonomous
  • Reliable network connectivity: able to hardwire to home network with download speed above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Test new technology to enhance customer experience
  • Educate, demonstrate, and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from devices
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team
  • Collect learnings and share knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologists
