Responsibilities

  • Increase sales of P&G Health France products in pharmacy and parapharmacy networks through promotional activities in line with sales plans by cycle, including in points of sale with staff, other healthcare professionals, at trade shows, congresses, symposiums, and directly with consumers
  • Perform merchandising and take occasional orders to optimize product assortment in selected P&G Health points of sale (all product statuses)
  • Execute the annual and cycle business plan developed by Pharmaceutical Delegates (DP), key accounts, and management in assigned points of sale, including follow-up, verification, and implementation of negotiated assortment, visibility plans in shelves, extra-visibility (counter, head of gondola), or other visibility forms recommended by the laboratory
  • Follow and adjust an annual action plan based on laboratory activity or manager instructions, and deliver monthly key merchandising or visibility objectives for the sector
  • Train point-of-sale staff (for non-medication products) on P&G Health products (excluding medications) using company-validated documents to ensure quality consumer advice and increase sales
  • Animate points of sale (for non-medication products) by promoting consumer health products directly to consumers under staff supervision, according to the cycle action plan
  • Promote P&G Health products (non-medications) to other healthcare professionals via direct visits or other company-provided means, following cycle action plans and company procedures
  • Promote and animate stands at trade shows, congresses, and symposiums (for non-medication products) by installing stands, promoting products, and informing visitors for events targeting healthcare professionals or consumers
  • Work in close collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Delegate (DP) and report to the same Regional Director (DR) responsible for the region
