Requirements

  • High school or university diploma
  • 2-4 years experience in related fields
  • Good knowledge and experience in warehouse process
  • Solid understanding of Operations process flows and how they impact each other
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet
  • Basic ERP system knowledge
  • Has some experience of handling difficult situations independently
  • Has demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Solid understanding of good documentation practices and documentation retention
  • Desirable: Proven ability to solve problems and queries
  • Desirable: Experience with warehouse and sale type business (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets)

Responsibilities

  • Processing PO receipt, put away, B2B sales, replenishment
  • Handling proof of delivery and submission to required departments
  • Handling incoming e-mails and calls
  • Proactively communicating with internal & external customers
  • Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer
  • Take responsibility for executing tasks and supporting colleagues across a number of complex areas / processes and queries
  • Work with colleagues to effectively organize and prioritize the tasks within your specific areas
  • Working collaboratively with other functions and divisions on cross-functional or customer specific topics
  • Work on improvement of processes with other departments as well as internal procedures
  • Perform follow up investigations into ensuring the team are meeting the KPIs and SLAs
  • Perform the training for junior or new members of the team and act as a mentor when needed
