Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in medical devices or hospital industry (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Active driver's license
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills, with ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomously
  • Achievement oriented with ability to deliver customer-focused service with highest quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Provides in-house repair service in a repairing/service center or on-site technical service
  • Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product-related questions, issues, and problems
  • Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
  • Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
  • May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
  • Assists the local technical service center with day-to-day operations and support for Service and Repair (national account, majority of time in field visiting customers’ sites in Seoul and Metropolitan area)
