Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in a Supervisor position
  • At least secondary vocational education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with WMS, preferable Oracle and/or SAP
  • LEAN experience/certification, ideally with 6S and continuous improvement (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or German (preferred)
  • Knowledge about ISO13485 (preferred)
  • A desire to learn and grow within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates the team in the preparation and execution of the assembly of medical cots and the kitting of AED devices
  • Ensures efficient workflows and optimal use of warehouse space
  • Collaborates with other departments and divisions to support integrated supply chain efforts
  • Contributes to monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) within designated areas
  • Interacts with customers as needed, assisting in addressing comments and feedback
  • Assists with implementing layout and equipment recommendations provided by the Operations Manager to support business growth and efficiency
  • Manages daily warehouse operations to ensure they meet required service levels and quality standards
  • Supports the maintenance of warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO13485, under the guidance of the Operations Manager
  • Helps ensure compliance with local regulations related to health & safety, regulatory, and hazardous materials, as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Supports peers in resource management, including employee and equipment coordination
  • Learns and supports LEAN initiatives within the warehouse, with a focus on 6S and continuous improvement
  • Adapts warehouse operations to changes requested by customers or shifts in product mix
  • Participates in employee engagement and development surveys, staffing, and performance reviews
  • Provides support in strengthening the operational foundation
  • Supports staff training on safety and compliance matters
  • Learns and contributes to best practice procedures and processes
  • Collaborates with the Operations Manager and team members to facilitate a positive work environment
  • Supports team development initiatives and coaching
