Requirements

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to convey technical information clearly
Analytical mindset with the ability to draw clear, actionable conclusions from data and observations
High-quality output delivered within set timelines and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Strong foundation in programming and software development principles
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages and technologies: Java / Python / .NET / C# / JavaScript / SQL
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including: Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Debugging, Refactoring, and Design Patterns
Familiarity with modern development tools and practices such as Git, Agile methodologies, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage
Conscientious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile to understand business and technical requirements
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proactive in identifying improvements and contributing to process optimization
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Highly organized, structured, and pragmatic in problem-solving and execution

Responsibilities

Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery
Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and maintain platform components
Contribute to software development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment
Adhere to best practices in software engineering to enhance usability, scalability, performance, and security
Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular progress updates and status reports
Work closely with Operations teams to support daily processes and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical initiatives and innovation
