Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (required); additional Agile certifications (such as SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior role
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within an Agile framework
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Rally, including creating custom dashboards, reports, and workflows
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and guide team members and stakeholders
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (such as SAFe, LeSS) and managing multiple teams in a scaled environment
Knowledge of additional Agile tools (e.g., Confluence, VersionOne) is advantageous
