Requirements

0-2 years (MS) or 3+ years hands-on experience with cellular analytical techniques
Experience with experimental design and assay development
Excellent aseptic technique and experience with mammalian and/or primary cell culture
Experience with flow cytometry instrumentation, maintenance, and software (FlowJo)
Strong understanding of flow cytometry and cell biology
Uses scientific principles and engineering fundamentals to solve problems
Independently motivated with ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and coordinate activities within a team
Desire and drive to learn and passion for impact on patients with serious diseases
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral presentation and technical writing
Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive on a team in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work across multiple projects

Responsibilities

Routine analysis of cell product for quality attributes using flow cytometry and cell-based assays
Design, plan, execute, and analyze lab experiments
Manage inventory of samples and materials and ensure proper handling and storage
Maintain proper documentation of experimental results using an electronic lab notebook
Summarize and present scientific data; report results to project teams
Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with policies/procedures/regulations
