  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred, particularly within healthcare environments
  • Comfortability with adapting to new technology and business advancements
  • Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services (including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems)
  • Capacity to deal with competing priorities and potential to be adaptable as days change quickly
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in the sales capacity

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers
  • Continuously take care of existing customers
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining the necessary resources needed for customers to achieve sales objectives (e.g., educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies)
  • Execute the plan to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the team to build a successful business and foster a positive work environment
  • Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace
  • Spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight travel)
  • Receive training and study/prepare independently to perform at the highest levels
