  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
  • 1-2 years in an outside sales position (medical sales or B2B is preferred)
  • 40-50% overnight travel annually
  • Must be able to readily solve customer complaints
  • Must have fundamental command of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer
  • Must be able to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customers’ needs
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of products
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives
  • Push to exceed performance goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite with clients
  • Inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on the proper use and maintenance of products
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
