Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in electronics work environment, or Associate degree with 1 year of experience, or Bachelor or higher degree from an accredited university or college
Familiarity and experience working in testing embedded systems
Exposure to the use of RF instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and channel emulators
Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen); stricter U.S. Citizen ONLY requirements may apply for some Engineering or R&D roles
Successful clearance of a background check
Ability to perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves
Ability to kneel or squat to access lower shelves
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments
Ability to walk/move in the labs
Willingness to work in outdoor environments for demos, with occasional exposure to heat, cold, and allergens

Responsibilities

Report to the R&D Director, Integration and Test
Be part of the R&D team that develops testing infrastructure
Perform comprehensive testing, vetting, and demonstration of Silvus’ MANET radios and other wireless products and technologies under development
Work 100% onsite Monday through Friday at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA
