Requirements

  • Experience in GxP training management is required
  • Knowledge of Veeva Quality Learning Management System (QLMS) administration is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform site impact/gap assessments and remediation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Alcon’s QMS, HSE, and BIM standards

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive improvements to the site’s GxP training management process
  • Manage user access control and handle training-related requests within the Veeva QLMS (e.g., TCR, TRIA, training reports)
  • Report and monitor training compliance rates and maintain the Site Training Master List
  • Perform site impact/gap assessments against new/revised External Standards and Corporate SOPs
  • Represent the site in the global Training Community Call
  • Support internal and external audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training
  • Manage the archival of training/certification records
  • Support New Hire Orientation training
  • Analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and suggest improvements
  • Meet quality objectives and comply with Alcon’s QMS and Safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
