Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, and have experience coding in Java and/or mobile languages. They should also demonstrate an understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches, including black box and automated testing, along with relevant work experience in software development or test automation. A curious nature and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are essential, complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, the role involves creating testing-related documentation such as test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports to assess quality and associated risk. The position requires automating features and collaborating with the automation group to improve regression coverage, triaging automation results, and developing expertise in the product. Testing and verifying outcomes within schedules/timelines, working with software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers in an Agile team environment are also key responsibilities.
