Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through delivery, working on projects that solve genuine customer problems in the transportation industry
Bridge technical and business needs: Leverage development background to work with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
Work directly with Director of Product Management and experienced PMs to develop core product management skills including user research, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs (potentially including on-site visits and customer interviews)
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
Help shape how AI capabilities can enhance the platform and create new value for customers in an AI-first world
Leverage engineering experience to contribute code directly to the application layer, building customer-specific solutions on top of the platform using AI tools
