Responsibilities

Supply consumable materials and spare parts for engineering (EN), production (PR), and other departments
Supply personal protective equipment (PPE) for Production, EHS, QA, QC, and Cleaning
Supply factory repair and maintenance services
Contact suppliers, obtain prices, negotiate, compare, and select the best suppliers
Manage and evaluate suppliers
Create purchase orders (PO) from approved purchase requisitions (PR), including contracts if needed, and procure goods according to processes and procedures
Track order progress and urge suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Support departments with delivery issues upon goods receipt
Resolve issues related to products or goods quality if any
Coordinate with departments for warehousing and payment processes
Prepare monthly purchase reports
Create daily task tracking tables
Support QA in supplier evaluation by obtaining QQ and certifications for suppliers performing services, testing, maintenance, and calibration
Support colleagues' work when needed
Perform other tasks as required by the department head
