Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in an enablement, training, or program management role. A minimum of one year in a payroll-focused position, such as Payroll Manager, Payroll Implementation, or Payroll Enablement, is required. Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent communication, speaking, and presentation abilities. A background in training or a relevant degree in learning and development is also desired.

Responsibilities

This role involves contributing to the analysis, design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of global payroll enablement programs. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and deliver impactful enablement programs, setting clear expectations and providing feedback to program stakeholders, and developing blended training programs with remote content delivery and e-learning components. The position also requires defining and tracking program milestones and KPIs, delivering measurable learning outcomes, engaging with audiences to meet their ongoing needs, and supporting product operations managers. Additionally, the role entails creating, maintaining, and organizing process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing, and performing other assigned duties to support business objectives.
