Responsibilities

  • Provide information and product support for technical and non-technical aspects of Neuromodulation products (Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Targeted Drug Delivery, and/or Pelvic Health therapies) via telephone and written communications
  • Document customer contacts and potential complaints for trending and FDA reporting
  • Provide contact center support at times required by the business and defined by the weekly staffing schedule, including possible weeknight and/or weekend on-call support
  • Document all customer contacts utilizing current procedures/work instructions for data collection and reporting
  • Deliver responses in a respectful manner demonstrating empathy, expertise, and soft skills
  • Understand and follow corporate and operating unit procedures
  • Escalate any identified gaps in process or product information necessary to effectively respond to customer contacts and resolve issues
  • Provide accurate technical and non-technical information aligned with labeling
  • Maintain knowledge of Neuromodulation products and services: past, present, and future
  • Actively participate in process improvement efforts
  • Complete all required trainings on time
  • Adhere to HIPAA and applicable privacy laws and regulations
  • Perform other job-related functions as requested by the business
