Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to provide contact center support at times required by the business, including possible weeknight and/or weekend on-call support
Ability to document all customer contacts utilizing current procedures/work instructions for data collection and reporting
Ability to deliver responses in a respectful manner demonstrating empathy, expertise, and soft skills
Ability to understand and follow corporate and operating unit procedures
Ability to escalate identified gaps in process or product information
Ability to provide accurate technical and non-technical information aligned with labeling
Ability to maintain knowledge of Neuromodulation products and services: past, present, and future
Ability to actively participate in process improvement efforts
Ability to complete all required trainings on time
Ability to adhere to HIPAA and applicable privacy laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Provide information and product support for technical and non-technical aspects of Neuromodulation products (Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Targeted Drug Delivery, and/or Pelvic Health therapies) via telephone and written communications
Document customer contacts and potential complaints for trending and FDA reporting
Provide contact center support at times required by the business and defined by the weekly staffing schedule, including possible weeknight and/or weekend on-call support
Document all customer contacts utilizing current procedures/work instructions for data collection and reporting
Deliver responses in a respectful manner demonstrating empathy, expertise, and soft skills
Understand and follow corporate and operating unit procedures
Escalate any identified gaps in process or product information necessary to effectively respond to customer contacts and resolve issues
Provide accurate technical and non-technical information aligned with labeling
Maintain knowledge of Neuromodulation products and services: past, present, and future
Actively participate in process improvement efforts
Complete all required trainings on time
Adhere to HIPAA and applicable privacy laws and regulations
Perform other job-related functions as requested by the business
