Requirements
Highly commercial individual commanding a presence with senior executives internally and externally, with ambition to exceed targets and expectations
Previous leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring and guiding direct, indirect, and matrixed teams of consultants while delivering client satisfaction
Ability to anticipate, create, and define innovative and visionary solutions for solving client problems
Strong networks, relationships, and involvement in relevant industry activities, conferences, forums, and thought leadership articles
Comfortable working at senior level within complex organizations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers
Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, delivering business objectives within large corporate environments with rapid change
Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment
Recognized expert in SAP
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell SAP integrated transformation solutions and services to the relevant market segment
Accountable for consulting revenues and operating margins for key account(s), with an annual revenue target of ~$3.75 MM from consulting engagements
Assume the role of trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance in all matters relating to SAP within relevant market segments
Provide hands-on leadership in driving new business, sales, strategy, and implementation of SAP solutions into mid to large enterprises, improving business processes
Manage business opportunities at key accounts to position Infosys Consulting to capitalize on opportunities through high-quality services
Lead efforts to strengthen Infosys Consulting’s position in largest clients and broaden presence in other existing clients
Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time, within cost, on a best-value basis, and develop processes to evaluate, understand, and factor business risks into client solutions
Coordinate relationship building activities with partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and other Infosys Consulting personnel on engagement teams
Assist with proposal development, focusing on Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes
Provide leadership to subordinate managers, guiding their professional growth through coaching, counseling, performance development, and mentoring
