Responsibilities

As part of a lean, cross-functional team, identify and rectify issues across a broad range of scenarios
Support portfolio companies through transactions and events in areas including Accounting Policies & Procedures, ERP/Financial System Execution, Financial Statement Close Process, Process & Controls Implementation, Technical Accounting, Finance/Accounting Assessment & Design, and Finance & Accounting Organization Standup (Carve-Out or Merger)
Engage in representative projects, such as assisting rapidly growing companies with global footprints to improve financial close processes (e.g., reducing book close time from 45 days)
