Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or 8 years of relevant experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in database administration or data operations, preferably in a marketing or analytics environment
  • 1 + year experience in SQL and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Databricks platforms
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Unix operating systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures for data quality and system reliability
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of marketing analytics databases and data platforms
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance
  • Perform routine database administration tasks including data loading, backups, indexing, and access control
  • Monitor data quality and system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure consistent availability and accuracy of marketing data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of marketing data assets and ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Maintain documentation for database configurations, data access procedures, and operational workflows
  • Participate in change management, requirements tracking, and production support for marketing analytics data systems
  • Contribute to data governance and security practices by following established protocols and escalating concerns as needed
