  • Reside within Eastern Territories (ME, CT, RI, MA, NY, DE, VT, NJ, MD, PA, VA, NC, SC, KY, WV, FL, DC)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region and travel 25% outside the territory

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals for all CAS products
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business
  • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products
  • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region
  • Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support
  • Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology
