Requirements

  • Degree level in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related area
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics roles
  • Proven experience managing 3PLs and performance management
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Preferred: Additional training or certification in logistics
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Lean improvement initiatives and tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and 5S

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs), both outbound transport and external warehousing operations
  • Monitor compliance and performance of warehousing practices in kitting, for both direct and indirect operations
  • Manage and monitor 3PL performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and KPIs
  • Support corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Oversee warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory management, shipping accuracy, and order fulfillment
  • Communicate, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management policies to avoid stockouts, reduce holding costs, and support kitting operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and align logistics activities with business objectives
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, quality, and service, while ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare performance reports and support senior management in decision-making and strategic planning
