They must be detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive under pressure, manage multiple time-sensitive tasks, and adapt quickly to challenges. Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners. A passion for fintech and alternative investments, with curiosity to find smart solutions, is required. Experience with tools and technologies like SQL and AI is preferred. Post-graduate education in Finance, proficiency in SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations are considered nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
The Associate, Investing Operations will take end-to-end ownership of precious metals settlements and other critical brokerage back-office processes, including reconciliation. They will drive process improvements as the team scales and expand product offerings. The role involves mastering settlement processes for equity and mutual fund workflows to support the full range of investment products. Responsibilities also include identifying and mitigating operational risks across the team's processes and systems, and supporting team initiatives through ad-hoc projects and tasks.
