Responsibilities

  • Rotate across three departments in the first 12 months (4-month rotations each) in areas such as Creative, Artist & Label Teams (e.g., A&R Admin, Artist Relations & Events, record labels like Decca, Island, EMI, Polydor, 0207 Def Jam, Capitol, Universal Music Recordings)
  • Gain exposure in Audience, Data & Digital Innovation (AMS) including Audience, Data/Analytics/Insights, FUSED (digital campaigns), Media (planning/optimisation)
  • Work in Global Brand & Commercial areas like Globe Sync (music placement in film/TV/games/advertising), Globe Brands (artist-brand partnerships), D2C/eCommerce/CRM (fan commerce/retail/engagement), Commercial (retail/streaming relationships)
  • Experience Business Operations & Corporate Support such as UMG UK Finance/Corporate Finance/Tax, Global Revenue & Royalties/Royalties, Legal & Business Affairs/Company Secretary
  • Specialise in one department for 12 months in year two, aligned with strengths and future goals
