High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center
Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure little to no accidents
Follow all visual aids with the distribution center to maximize safety, quality, and productivity
Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations
Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor to correct issue
Fully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operations
Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur and minimize safety risk
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
