Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center
  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
  • Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure little to no accidents
  • Follow all visual aids with the distribution center to maximize safety, quality, and productivity
  • Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations
  • Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor to correct issue
  • Fully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operations
  • Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur and minimize safety risk
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
