Requirements
- Experience with project management, vendor management, security, or maintenance (preferred)
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with members at all levels of the company
- Proven ability to prioritize and complete projects and objectives from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
- Normal mobility, manual dexterity, and normal visual and auditory ability
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely utilize assisting devices for heavier projects
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical space by ensuring employees have a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure assigned site systems and equipment are in proper working order and available for use
- Perform routine interior walkthrough and site inspections to ensure standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld
- Perform routine exterior patrol between offices
- Assist with site Shipping & Receiving services and applications
- Receive and process Facilities tickets and requests; ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and ensure safety standards are followed throughout the facility
- Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as needed
- Assist and track office space, complete team moves, and move ergonomic equipment and standing desks to ensure ease of transition for employees
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities and the Leadership team
