Requirements

Expertise in deriving test plans based on product specifications and international standards
Ability to make test set-up for electrical and electronic device products (e.g., automotive fuse boxes, PDUs, RF wireless devices, connectors)
Experience in executing validation tests (DV & PV) of new products during development
Expertise in using various instruments: oscilloscope, LLCR, DMM, LabView, different power sources (electronic loads, AC/DC power supplies)
Knowledge of environmental test chambers and ensuring their utilization
Skills in evaluating test results and performing analysis
Capability to conduct tear down/failure analysis of components in case of deviation from specification
Experience in coordinating calibration and service of electrical/electronic test/measuring equipment
Ability to communicate with product design team and customer regarding validation test aspects
Knowledge of maintaining NABL standard in the lab
