Requirements

Demonstrable Lead or Management experience
Extensive experience programming for games, with excellent C++ skills
Strong technical background (Bachelor/Master degree in computer science)
Strong English skills (Upper-intermediate) and fluency in Russian
Passion for making and playing great games
Experience with graphics APIs like DirectX 12 and Vulkan
Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools
Strong understanding of multi-threading concepts

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach the Engine team
Assist with recruiting of Engine Programmers
Manage code reviews and code feature documentation
Work in tandem with other Larian Studios programming Leads
Maintain, port, and extend the proprietary engine on multiple platforms
Debug and optimize code to meet quality and performance targets
Develop well-designed software within project schedules and team standards
Show a strong passion for low-level coding and performance analysis; communicate effectively in English and Russian
Safeguard company assets, including source code, art work, tools, and technical know-how
