Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; ideally with a concentration in linguistics, English, international affairs, history
Deep understanding of geopolitical risk issues that affect all continents and industries
Ability to monitor and analyze data in a fast-paced environment in both English and relevant language, if necessary
Passion for breaking news, current world events, technology, and a great understanding of both social media and publicly available data
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Foreign language expertise a plus
Availability for late day shift: 3pm-11pm GMT on a rotating basis, including weekends, projects, and meetings outside of business hours

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze data feeds and the quality of signals
Annotate complex breaking news events
Provide expertise on a particular subject matter to improve AI models
Make real-time decisions with incomplete data
Collaborate and communicate in a team-centric environment on daily priorities
Identify any software issues to elevate to product and engineering teams
Annotate, label, and edit signals from data feeds in real time
Play a key role in algorithm training process and human-AI feedback loop
Define new factors to improve alerts, data source coverage, machine learning, and AI models
