Requirements

  • Familiarity with QMS Data Governance, acting as SME, coordinating councils, and documenting in ServiceNow
  • Skills in collaborating with IT, Digital Quality and Governance (DQnG), Global Quality, GPS, and Enterprise Data Governance
  • Capability to implement automated data-quality checks and participate in technical governance forums
  • Understanding of BMS systems and data mesh vision, positioning Quality domain as data product owner
  • Experience communicating data health metrics to inform decisions and designing data products bundling metrics into insights

Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance and health of Infinity System and BMSDocs, monitoring efficiency, ease of use, and consistency
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions with partners to enhance system performance
  • Review and evaluate mitigations from monitoring, prioritizing based on data, strategy, ROI, and compliance
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards in Infinity and BMSDocs, implementing validation and integrity measures
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders through GPOs, using input and data to improve system experience
  • Monitor mitigations for effectiveness and drive course corrections
  • Lead cross-functional teams on solutions for system health and digital alignment
  • Generate reports on system performance, health metrics, data quality, and optimization efforts
  • Partner with QMS Data Governance pillar lead as SME to enable strategy design and development
  • Coordinate QMS Data Governance Council, driving alignment on attribute definitions, vocabularies, and enterprise metrics changes; document in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with IT, DQnG, Global Quality, GPS, and Enterprise Data Governance to align decisions in metadata, master data, and data lake
  • Partner with IT to implement automated data-quality checks and validation reports
  • Participate in technical governance forums to integrate QMS data requirements early
  • Leverage BMS systems knowledge to advance data mesh vision, positioning QMS data as self-contained product
  • Communicate QMS data health metrics to IT and bridge to decision-making actions
  • Act as data product business owner with IT to design products bundling metrics into decision-ready insights (e.g., Deviation Health, Audit Health, Change Control Health)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align QMS metrics with business objectives
