Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within leading tech companies, with at least 3 years in a people management role. Fluency with Salesforce and related sales productivity applications is essential, along with a strong understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards. Experience working with multinational teams and managing global stakeholders is required, as are excellent written and oral communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Sales Operations will serve as a senior business partner to Americas Sales Leaders, shaping go-to-market strategies and driving annual/quarterly planning and quota setting. Responsibilities include conducting independent business analysis, gathering insights, making recommendations to leadership, and managing change initiatives to improve business performance. The role involves collaborating with various Go-To-Market and RevOps teams to drive revenue growth and scalable operations, leading strategic cross-functional initiatives focused on revenue generation, and managing a high-performing team of Sales Operations Managers and Analysts to help the Americas Sales organizations exceed targets.
