Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Sr. Director, Group Product Manager, and partner closely to implement the product vision and strategy for priority web properties like Lilly.com UE Patient Experience
  • Lead cross-functional product teams in delivering integrated, customer-first digital experiences supporting users throughout their health journey
  • Drive daily execution of product initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver value, meet customer expectations, usability, internal feasibility, and measurable viability
  • Translate Lilly’s Brand Truth of “Health Above All” into a unified, customer-first experience integrating diverse digital journeys, VoC, and customer expectations across product and disease state sites
  • Champion continuous product discovery and delivery, validating solutions against CX principles
  • Serve as the data-driven voice of the customer and business during design, development, testing, and implementation, providing guidance and making trade-off decisions
  • Foster an atmosphere of experimentation, learning, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Track site performance and analytics, providing insights to improve user experience, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Lilly, including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, to ensure alignment with strategic direction
